Your account. Your choice.
You can request deletion of your Prize Pal account and associated personal information here, whether or not you still have the Android app installed.
What happens when you request deletion
We securely record the request against your signed-in account and immediately pause new competition entries. Queued work which has not begun is cancelled; a competition already in progress may still finish. Starting or changing this account is held while the request is reviewed.
This is a deletion request, not instant erasure. The operator reviews and completes it, including copies of your personal information used by the cloud worker.
Request deletion securely
Sign in so the request is securely connected to your own account. Signing in does not start competition entries.
Sign in to continueInformation covered by the request
The review covers your sign-in identity, saved competition profile, address and contact information, optional feedback or public review content, and any private entry email aliases, imported message content, inbox summaries and review tasks associated with your account. Information already sent to competition promoters is held by them separately and must also be managed with them.
Limited records may need to remain for legal obligations, billing, fraud prevention and preventing duplicate or uncertain competition submissions. We do not erase or reset an unresolved entry reservation merely because a deletion was requested. The operator will explain any retained records and the reason when processing your request.
Subscriptions and help
A deletion request does not automatically cancel a subscription or stop its renewals. Tell the operator if you have a paid membership so billing can be reviewed separately. Pausing an agent also does not cancel a subscription.
If you cannot sign in, or need help with a request, contact Prize Pal privately on Facebook (opens in a new tab). Do not post your personal details publicly. See Privacy or Account help for more information.
