PILOT TERMS

Your choices.
Clear expectations.

Early access terms for the Prize Pal pilot, operated by Jordan Baker. Read our privacy notice for information and contact details.

1. Who can use Prize Pal

This pilot is for UK residents aged 18 or over. Use your own accurate details and your signed-in email address. Each competition may have additional eligibility requirements.

2. Authorisation and saved changes

Confirm & start authorises attempts using your saved details and choices. Marketing permissions are optional and separate from entry authorisation. Change details and Save changes update your profile while keeping your agent active or paused; saving alone does not start or resume entries. Work already in progress may finish using the previously authorised details.

3. Availability and costs

Supported matching competitions join a queue and are attempted when the entry service is available. We cannot guarantee a particular number of attempts, completion before a deadline, acceptance or a prize. No paid membership or subscription is active in this pilot.

4. Competition rules still apply

Promoters set their own eligibility requirements, entry limits, deadlines and rules. Your authorisation does not override restrictions on automated or third-party entries. The pilot does not automatically create promoter accounts or complete CAPTCHA challenges. Verification or other manual steps may prevent completion.

5. Understanding Activity

An attempt means your agent began handling a competition; it may not have reached submission. “Entry acknowledged” requires an explicit competition-entry acknowledgement. Other attempted entries remain “Entry attempted / waiting for confirmation.” An acknowledgement is not notice of a win. Uncertain attempts are not automatically repeated.

6. Pausing and personal information

Pause stops future entries; work already in progress may finish. Your saved details are supplied to relevant competition providers when attempting their forms, and their own privacy information applies. Changing your marketing preferences here does not undo information already supplied or unsubscribe you from a promoter’s existing marketing.

7. Your rights

These pilot terms do not remove any rights you have under applicable law.
