Account sign-in

Google sign-in provides your verified email address, name and a stable account identifier. We use these to sign you in, separate customer accounts and keep your entry history connected to your account. Google sign-in does not grant access to your Gmail inbox, contacts or files. Existing pilot members can explicitly connect Google to their original account.

Your competition profile

We store the details you supply, including your name, date of birth, address, phone number, prize interests and consent preferences. Your agent uses these details to assess eligibility and attempt supported competitions after you authorise it. We store attempt history, acknowledgements and limited error evidence to prevent repeated uncertain submissions and improve the service.

When information is shared

Authorised competition attempts supply the required details to the relevant promoter and its form or verification providers. Those providers have their own privacy notices. Marketing choices are separate from entry authorisation. Changing a choice here does not withdraw information previously sent or unsubscribe you from an existing promoter list.

The portal is hosted through OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare hosting and database services. The entry worker processes authorised profiles separately. Development tools may analyse public page structure and limited failure evidence to improve form support; passwords, sign-in tokens and authentication secrets are not sent for this analysis.

Cookies and account security

Prize Pal uses necessary cookies for sign-in and account security. Sessions are private to your browser and expire after a maximum of 30 days. Sign out to end the session sooner. Google and the hosting platform also operate their own sign-in services and privacy notices. This pilot does not add advertising tracking cookies.

Retention and your choices

Your saved profile and entry history are retained while your pilot account is active, including a history of attempts to prevent duplicate entries. You can correct your saved details and pause future entries on your dashboard. Contact the operator to request a copy or deletion of your account information. Information already supplied to promoters must also be managed with them.

We use account and profile information to provide the service you request, consent preferences to control optional marketing choices, and limited operational records to protect accounts and maintain the service. You may raise concerns with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
